Sophia Kosh, MA

Sophia A. Kosh has a history of working with children, adolescents, and adults. Specifically, divorce issues, spiritual issues, adjustment issues, and anxiety disorders (like OCD).

Sophia is currently pursuing her second year as a doctoral student in the Counseling Psychology Program (with a concentration in Counselor Education and Supervision) at Argosy University-Washington DC Campus. She received her Masters of Arts in Christian Counseling from Capital Bible Seminary and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from High Point University.

She is, also an Adjunct Psychology Professor at Prince Georges Community College (PGCC). She has presented on the following topics: Black Women's Success and the Role of Father Involvement, Rhematic Fever and Childhood onset of OCD and P.A.N.D.A. and Transitioning from a Master's to a Doctoral Counseling Program. She is a member of the American Counselor Association (ACA) and Chi Sigma Iota National Counseling Honor Society.
