Chun-Shin Taylor, MA LCPC

Chun-Shin Taylor is a counselor who is licensed by the state of Maryland as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). She completed a Master of Arts in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Maryland, College Park Asian Division, Okinawa, Japan, and took additional courses at Loyola University Maryland to fulfill the requirements for Maryland licensure.

Chun-Shin is a bilingual counselor with fluency in Korean and English. In addition, she has intermediate fluency in Japanese. Her experience includes work in outpatient mental health clinics, psychiatric group homes, family counseling centers, and homeless shelters. She worked with adults with chronic mental illness, children and adolescents with behavioral and emotional problems as well as couples and families. Her areas of interests are women's and minority issues, immigration problems, blended families, interracial couples, and issues affecting military service members and their families. Chun-Shin's vision is to allow God to work through her, using her clinical skills and life experience, to strengthen and empower individuals and families, including minorities.
